With your budget locked in, we match you with the best vendors to bring your vision to life. We handle all vendor communication, negotiate contracts, and create a cohesive design plan that reflects your style to perfection. Phase 4 includes hands-on design development, a comprehensive design portfolio, floral and decor coordination, and guest concierge services. As we move into execution, we finalize every detail, create a seamless timeline, and ensure all logistics are in place for an incredible, effortless experience.
Phases 5, 6 + 7
integration, Wrap up + Production
We’re in the home stretch now, finalizing every detail to ensure your wedding is flawless. In Phase 5 and 6, we’re focused on you—conducting progress reviews, guiding menu tastings, and making any last budget adjustments. We’ll assist with pre-wedding events, create a detailed timeline and conduct a final venue walkthrough to confirm all the details. Once we hit Phase 7, we’re on-site and managing everything on your big day. From overseeing vendor setup and coordinating time-sensitive moments to managing the guest experience, our team is there for you every step of the way. We’ll also handle final payments, supervise event breakdown, and ensure your personal items are safely collected.
